• Sub-contract to qualified service providers where Khombizwe are not certificated to dispose of waste.

Procedure:

• Regular feedback meetings are set to discuss client feedback.
  
• Complaints are monitored & necessary actions taken.

Inspection Reports are assessed and appropriately attended to swiftly and effectively. Tsala purchases its products from SABS approved & ISO standard-compliant suppliers, who also provide Data Sheets for each product.

Proper training is done by the supplier on the correct use of either the chemical or product, prior to utilization by staff. Proper safety-aligned attire is used to ensure safety of our staff.
